Home in Austin this Fall + Sacred Invitations

I just landed back in Austin after 12 days in Sedona, and I feel so grateful to be here in Texas. Sedona was breathtaking as always— if youve been you know - red rocks, sacred vortexes, endless beauty. Yet, it’s here in Austin that I feel the most spiritually alive and deeply connected to God. While many travel to Sedona to seek that connection, I find it right here at home—in the land, in my community, and somehow am able to best feel my own body here.

There’s something about being home that reminds me that aliveness isn’t something we have to go far to find—it’s always available inside of us.​And that following what feels good to you is truly such a key universal truth to what makes us happiest and most aligned.

In a session, I weave somatic release, energy work, and gentle guidance so your body can soften into safety and unravel in its own time. Each session is unique, guided by your pace, your desires, and your readiness to receive.

This work changed my own life almost 10 years ago when I began dancing, healing, and awakening my connection to pleasure. That spark—the remembrance of sensation and aliveness—is what I now hold space for others to re-ignite in themselves.
